Warranty Policy
I want you to be in love with your Anabelle Colon Jewelry, and for your jewelry to last a long time. A lot of love and care goes in the making of each piece to make that happen.
I try to make the jewelry as resilient as possible, but, as with all jewelry, sometimes a mechanism or connection can break, or a piece needs some maintenance to look as good as new. Don't worry we've got you covered.
1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
I will cover any repair or maintenance fees during the first year.
This warranty does not include refunds, store credit, or replacement for a piece of jewelry when it has been damaged beyond repair.
Any structural modifications or attempted repairs on your piece of jewelry will void this warranty.
Shipping costs for repairs or maintenance are your responsibility.
Please send me a message with pictures of the piece in question and tell me what happened to it. Make sure to include a copy of your purchase or gift receipt.
My location varies and, at times, it might be difficult for me to receive shipments. Get in touch so that we can discuss the best way forward.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the jewelry you purchased, you can return it and I will issue you store credit.
To arrange for a return please use the contact form to send me a message. Let me know your name, details of the product and the reason for returning it. Please include a copy or the receipt. Remember that any item(s) being returned must be in new/unworn condition, in their original Anabelle Colon Jewelry packaging.
Returns by mail.
You have 60 days to return the jewelry, for any reason. You must contact me to initiate the return. Here are the details:
The jewelry must be in new/ unworn condition to be returned. If the jewelry is broken or faulty, check the warranty policy.
Contact me with a copy of your purchase or gift receipt and a photo of the jewelry, and let me know you will like to return it. I will send you an address to return the jewelry, and a form to print out and include with your package.
The jewelry must be carefully repackaged in the original package to be returned. (Put it nicely in its custom Anabelle Colon Jewelry pouch, then place it in a well padded mailer or box for shipping.
Return the jewelry to the address I shared with you within 60 days of purchase (the purchase date is on your receipt).
Please print and include the Returns Form inside your package.
The jewelry is your responsibility until it reaches me. I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that provides a tracking number. I am not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
The moment your jewelry is back, I will issue you store credit for the full value of the piece(s).
Unfortunately, your original shipping costs cannot be credited or refunded. Import taxes or custom duties on international orders are also not refundable.
Custom orders, and pieces bought at discounted prices are not returnable. The jewelry listing online, and your receipt will specify if the sale of an item is final.
It is not possible to exchange a piece of jewelry at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order for store credit, and place a new order online for the correct piece of jewelry.
Returns in person.
If we are in the same location, you are more than welcome to return your piece(s) in person. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return the jewelry, for any reason. Please contact me to arrange for a meeting. Here are the details:

Order Cancellation Policy
Please use the contact form to send me a message if you need to cancel your order. I will contact you by email if I am the one having to cancel. Here are the details:
In case of unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond my control, I reserve the right to suspend the production, fulfillment or shipment of an order. In such case, I will immediately contact you to either postpone or cancel the order.
If you change your mind after ordering a piece of jewelry, and need to cancel it, you must send me a message within 24 hours of placing your order. I try to fulfill and ship your order as quickly as possible, and once it is out of my hands, it cannot be canceled.
If the payment of your order is pending (bank transfers, PayPal invoice, cash), and said payment is not received within 7 days after placing the order, the order will be automatically canceled.
For special commissions, the order can be canceled anytime before you pay the 50% deposit and I begin producing your piece. Read more about custom orders here.
Once an order is cancelled, I will issue you a full refund to the original payment method you used to place the order. A refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your account.
